BBQ Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Granite City Food and Brewery, which operates casual dining restaurants in select US markets.
Established in 1999, Granite City Food and Brewery serves craft beer and food prepared from scratch at its stores.

BBQ Holdings is a national restaurant company that operates casual and fast dining restaurants.
As of 9 December 2019, BBQ Holdings’ three brands had 126 locations across 33 states and three countries. Of these, 31 outlets were company-owned and remaining are franchise-operated restaurants.
In November last year, BBQ Holdings reported that total revenues for the third quarter of 2019 stood at $23.7m. The figure is a 68.3% jump compared to the third quarter of 2018.
Recently, the company opened several new restaurant concepts, including Clark Crew BBQ in Oklahoma City and Real Famous BBQ in Utah.
