American restaurant franchise Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has selected ParTech’s omnichannel ordering and loyalty platforms to refine its digital strategy and customer engagement.
The integration of PAR MENU and PAR Punchh is set to offer a seamless omnichannel ordering and loyalty platforms.
PAR MENU will serve as the backbone of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s digital ordering system, connecting mobile app and web-based orders with third-party delivery services such as UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.
The open API of MENU will be compatible with various POS systems, which is crucial for the franchise’s 140 locations that have processed more than 35,000 orders since the system’s implementation.
In addition to the ordering system, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s will utilise the features of PAR Punchh to drive customer loyalty.
The platform’s segmentation, gamification, and AI tools are designed to foster customer engagement and loyalty through interactive challenges and rewards, the tech vendor said.
