US-based restaurant franchise Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has announced the integration of Soundhound‘s advanced voice AI ordering system across its restaurant outlets.

The voice AI system, now available for franchise integration after successful implementation in corporate locations, is designed to understand and process regular human speech patterns.

The tech enables a seamless ordering experience, even during peak hours, by answering all calls and managing multiple orders simultaneously.

Customers can place phone orders for pick-up by speaking naturally, without the need for human intervention.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s added that in addition to taking orders, the voice AI technology addresses a range of customer inquiries.

It provides information on menu items, specials and promotions and answers common questions such as on opening hours and parking facilities.
