US-based premier firm Best Impressions Caterers has acquired Duvall Catering & Events following operational and financial support from private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners.

The deal will allow Best Impressions to expand its presence to Charleston, South Carolina.

Under the partnership, Falfurrias Capital will also assist Best Impressions to establish its regional network of premium caterers across the Southeast through additional partners.
