Big Bowl, part of Lenexis Foodworks, has launched its 200th cloud kitchen in India, at Attapur, Hyderabad.
Currently present in 35 cities, the brand plans to increase its network with 300 more kitchens up to 2027, with a focus on Tier II and Tier III cities.
The Attapur outlet at M Cube Mall offers customisable Indian and Chinese bowls, catering to consumers seeking “flavourful convenient meal options”, as reported by ETHospitality.com.
Big Bowl exceeded Rs1bn ($11.4m) of annual recurring revenue (ARR) within just four years of its launch and is projected to reach Rs1.5bn ARR in the first half of the financial year 2026 (FY26).
These figures align with its broader sales objectives for the brand, including a Rs6.5bn sales run rate by March 2025, and Rs10bn in sales by FY26.
Lenexis Foodworks founder and director Aayush Madhusudan Agarwal stated: “Hitting the 200th cloud kitchen mark is a proud moment for us and a testament to our commitment to making high-quality, flavourful bowls accessible across India.
