Catering company Blue Apple has merged with CH&Co, an independent caterer and Royal Warrant holder in the UK.
The deal is part of CH&CO’s strategy to bolster its position in the marketplace and enhance its workplace portfolio.
Blue Apple will join CH&CO’s existing workplace businesses, Gather & Gather and Vacherin.
CH&CO CEO Bill Toner said: “A very warm welcome to the Blue Apple team. Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms have built a great business over the last 25 years and we’re delighted they are joining CH&CO.
“The Blue Apple business is a great addition to our portfolio of workplace brands and we’re excited about the opportunities this merger provides all team members and our partners.”
As per the terms of the agreement, Blue Apple co-founders Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms will continue to manage the business and the brand.
