Burger & Sauce was first established during the Covid-19 pandemic and earned more than £1.5m in its first year.
It currently operates eleven locations, including Bull Ring, Castle Vale, Alum Rock, Kings Heath, Walsall, Nottingham, Derby, West Bromwich, Leicester, Sutton Coldfield and Bearwood Road in Birmingham.
