The strategic move represents Buyers Edge Platform’s fifth European acquisition in 2024.

Founded in 2021, Parsly emerged as a solution to the significant challenges the restaurant industry faced during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company was created by Leo Kia and Ramzi Ferchichi, with the aim of saving time and money for restaurateurs by streamlining supply administration.

They developed a service that automates administrative tasks such as invoice management, allowing restaurateurs to concentrate on their core business activities.

The company’s AI-driven platform is designed to help restaurants manage procurement costs, offering autonomous services that enhance profitability without demanding extra time or effort from restaurateurs.
