US-based restaurant chain California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has launched a trio of Mediterranean-inspired dishes.  

The limited-time offers are Salmon Baked in Parchment, Mediterranean Pizza and Big Greek Salad.

Each dish claims to deliver a “taste of the Mediterranean’s coastal charm.” 

Salmon Baked in Parchment is a North Atlantic salmon paired with broccolini, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives, capers, wild Greek oregano and fresh garlic.  

It is drizzled with EVOO olive oil, and paired with lemon, basil, and slivered scallions [spring onions].  

Mediterranean Pizza is layered with grilled zucchini, slow-roasted tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives, Parmesan cheese, and EVOO. The pizza is paired with Greek oregano, drizzled with housemade tzatziki and finished with creamy feta.
