Casual dining restaurant chain California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has expanded its menu with the introduction of three new limited-edition dishes across its US locations: Korean BBQ Steak Pizza, Miso Shrimp Salad and the Tito ‘Rita cocktail.
Korean BBQ Steak Pizza is making a comeback by popular demand.
Initially launched in October 2023, the pizza is topped with charred steak, Korean BBQ sauce, mozzarella, scallions [spring onions], Napa cabbage, red onions, toasted sesame seeds and a spicy sriracha-lime sauce.
Miso Shrimp Salad offers lighter fare with a mix of Napa and red cabbage, avocado, cucumber, edamame, crispy wontons and scallions, all tossed in a signature honey-miso dressing.
The Tito ‘Rita offers a blend of Tito’s handmade vodka, Cointreau, agave and fresh lemon and lime juices, finished with a half-salt rim.
These limited-time offerings will be available at all company-owned locations until 25 March 2024.

“I’m personally excited for the return of the Korean BBQ Steak Pizza. Back by popular demand, the pizza is a fun twist on the classic BBQ style pizza CPK has been making for nearly 40 years.”
In August 2023, CPK launched four new limited-edition dishes in the US: the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Black & Bleu Pizza, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad and Sparkling Mango Sangria.
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is served in a toasted brioche bun with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, mayo and a side of smashed potatoes.
Black & Bleu Pizza features a marinated grilled carne asada, Gorgonzola crumbles, garlic olive oil, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and red onions, topped with cracked black pepper and parsley.
Spicy Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad is prepared with grilled chicken, and sparkling Mango Sangria combines Coppola Pinot Grigio, Milagro Silver Tequila and the tropical flavours of pineapple, mango and guava.
