US-based fast-casual sandwich chain Capriotti’s is expanding its footprint with a new shop set to open in Riverside, California on 4 December 2024.
Located at 9867 Magnolia Ave, the new venue will offer the local community its 40-year tradition of in-house slow-roasted turkeys and a selection of fresh sandwiches.
The new Riverside location is owned by Will Kamal, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food industry since 1992.
Kamal began his career as a team member at a fast-food chain, eventually achieving the position of franchisee.
Since 2007, he has launched 18 franchises across Riverside County.
Kamal said: “We’re thrilled to bring the authentic flavours of Capriotti’s to Riverside.
“Our commitment to quality ingredients and handcrafted sandwiches has made us a beloved destination for food lovers across the country. We look forward to serving the Riverside community and becoming a go-to spot for delicious, satisfying meals.”
Capriotti’s menu features items such as the Bobbie, made with oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo.
The Capastrami combines hot pastrami with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and homemade coleslaw.
The brand caters to diverse tastes with cheese steaks crafted from premium steak, chicken or Impossible plant-based meat options.
In November 2024, Capriotti’s opened a new location in Rancho Cordova, California through a partnership between Scott Crouch and William Race.
