US-based fast-casual sandwich chain Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has expanded its menu with two new premium club sandwiches, the Classic Club and the American Wagyu Club.  

Both are available in-store, online and via the Capriotti’s app.  

The sandwiches feature a base of slow-roasted, hand-pulled Butterball turkey paired with hickory-smoked, honey-cured bacon and provolone cheese.  

These are garnished with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo.

The Classic Club also includes prosciuttini peppered ham, while the American Wagyu Club features ultra-premium American Wagyu beef sourced from Snake River Farms.  

Capriotti’s chief marketing officer Kim Lewis said: “With the introduction of the Classic Club and American Wagyu Club, we’re excited to showcase our flavourful new bacon and the premium ingredients we’re known for.
