CAVA, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand, has announced the opening of its first location in the Chicago area in Wicker Park, US.
With this new restaurant, the brand has forayed into the upper Midwest US market.
CAVA Wicker Park restaurant spans 3,100ft² and features a 30-seat dining room.
It is equipped with digital order pick-up and delivery services as well as an expanded kitchen designed to centralise catering production.
The new CAVA Wicker Park adds to the brand’s growing portfolio, now totalling 325 restaurants across 25 states and the District of Columbia.
CAVA is rapidly increasing its presence in the US and has set a target of reaching 1,000 locations by 2032.

CAVA’s new restaurant menu offerings include curated and customisable bowls and pitas, with a wide range of mains such as harissa honey chicken and spicy lamb meatballs, flavourful greens and grains, dips, spreads, dressings, and toppings.
To celebrate the opening of its new location, CAVA commissioned Chicago-based artist Alyssa Low to create a custom mural, adding a local touch to the restaurant’s interior design.
