Chaat Bistro by Mayori, a family-owned restaurant network in India, is set to open a new restaurant offering a diverse menu of Indian street food in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The establishment aims to celebrate the variety of flavours in Indian cuisine, providing a new dining destination for both locals and visitors.

The restaurant is located in the centre of Jaipur, and its interior features a map of India that pays homage to the country’s culinary heritage.

The menu of Chaat Bistro’s newest location includes a variety of specialities from cities including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Banaras and Jaipur.

The restaurant will showcase the culinary traditions of these cities, with offerings such as Mumbai’s Masala Pav, Banaras’s Makhan Toast, Chennai’s Millet Bhel and Jaipur’s Kachori Chaat.

To maintain flavour authenticity, Chaat Bistro sources ingredients directly from their regions of origin.
