Chanticleer Holdings has established partnerships with on-demand food delivery service DoorDash and technology company Thanx.
The collaboration with Thanx will see the launch of a mobile app.
Chanticleer Holdings president Fred Glick said: “We’re excited to be working with Thanx to launch loyalty and multi-channel, personalised marketing for our customers.
“Thanx will build our new mobile application featuring rewards, VIP tiers, and in-app ordering.
“Their all-in-one customer engagement platform will help us leap forward with targeted email marketing and integrated customer feedback tools without buying and implementing multiple different technologies.”
DoorDash is an online ordering platform covering 3,300 cities in 50 states across the US and Canada. Customers can order menu items from various listed restaurant brands.
