Indian coffee and dining chain Chelvies Coffee has secured a $1m investment from early-stage investment company Endurance Capital.
The financial boost is aimed at supporting the company’s expansion plan to open more than 30 high-street outlets in key Indian metro cities by 2026.
Chelvies Coffee has an additional $500,000 in debt financing pending, which will further aid in achieving these goals, as reported by IndianRetailer.com.
The company was established in 2023 and operates six locations in Ahmedabad and Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).
With monthly revenues reaching Rs13m ($150,448), Chelvies Coffee has demonstrated profitability at the shop level.
The brand was founded by Dhruv Singh, a fourth-generation restaurateur from the family behind the Kake Di Hatti chain.
