Chick-fil-A is set to re-launch its Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich in the US, accompanied by a new spicy variant.

From 26 August 2024, the sandwiches will be available for a limited time at participating restaurants.

The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, which was the brand’s first-ever twist on the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich in 2023, is making a comeback with a spicier option.

The classic sandwich features a Chick-fil-A fillet drizzled with honey, topped with pimento cheese and served on a toasted bun with mild pickled jalapeños.

The new Spicy Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich will feature a spicy fillet.

Alongside the sandwich’s return, Chick-fil-A is also reviving its Banana Pudding Milkshake after a 13-year hiatus.

The Banana Pudding Milkshake, which first debuted in 2011, is made with Chick-fil-A’s Icedream dessert mixed with bananas and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles, then finished with whipped cream and a cherry on top.

The restaurant brand is also introducing the Banana Frosted Coffee – a blend of cold-brewed coffee, Icedream dessert, banana and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles.

Chick-fil-A menu and packaging director Allison Duncan said: “While our core products are what our guests know and love us for, we also like to keep variety and innovation top of mind.

“Whether we are surprising our guests with new flavours and offerings or taking classic items and bringing them back with a twist, each menu introduction is made after listening to their needs.”

In May 2024, Chick-fil-A introduced its 2024 seasonal entrée, the Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich, and also brought back its Peach Milkshake.
