Fast casual chicken salad restaurant Chicken Salad Chick is set to open a new location in Colorado, US.
Situated at 5660 Barnes Road in Colorado Springs, the new franchise will officially open to the public on 28 June 2023.

This will be the brand’s second location in Colorado and the first for local franchise owner Judy DeVincentis, as well as her daughter and son-in-law Kirsten and David Garrett.
The franchise owners expect to open three Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in the area.
As part of the opening of the new restaurant, the first 100 guests on the morning of the 28 June will win free chicken salad for one year.
On 29 June, the first 100 guests buying a Chick Trio will win a free Chicken Salad Chick Tumbler.
On 30 and 31 June, the first 100 guests purchasing a Chick Trio and two Large Quick Chicks on their respective days will receive special offers and giveaways.
Chicken Salad Chick in Colorado Springs will be open for business from Monday to Saturday between 10AM and 8PM.
The brand opened its first restaurant in Colorado in March 2023.
Kirsten Garrett said: “Chicken Salad Chick’s fresh food and hospitality is second to none.
“During my time in the Air Force stationed in Alabama, I became a frequent visitor at my local Chick.
“I fell in love with the culture, the food and the simplicity of the concept and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to offer that same experience to others right here in the Springs.”
