American fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its fourth San Antonio, Texas location on 28 August 2024.

The new venue will be situated at 6010 UTSA Blvd, within the Road Runner Creek shopping centre.

The expansion follows the brand’s successful introduction to the San Antonio market in February 2023.

To celebrate the opening of the new restaurant, Chicken Salad Chick has announced a special promotion.

The first 100 guests at the venue will be rewarded with free chicken salad for one year.

Chicken Salad Chick San Antonio co-owner James Oberg said: “My partners and I have lived in the San Antonio area for the past 25 years and are excited to see it continuing to grow and support local small businesses like ours.

“Guests at our Stone Oak, Westover Hills and New Braunfels restaurants have been asking us to open more Chicken Salad Chicks closer to their neighborhoods.

“We love the opportunity to bring our made-from-scratch favorites and culture of service with heart to even more people in our community.”

Chicken Salad Chick announced that it would expand its presence in Texas by opening a new restaurant venue outlet in Lubbock on 13 August 2024.

The new outlet was opened in the Canyon West shopping centre at 5015 Milwaukee Ave and was led by business partners Laura Garrison and Meng Moua.
