India-based restaurant chain China Bistro has unveiled new outlets at Kamala Mills and Atria Mall, Mumbai, in Maharashtra province, as reported by ET Hospitality.  

The new outlets are among the largest in the chain and are aligned with Foodlink, the parent company of China Bistro.

Their menu blends Asian cuisine with modern twists, incorporating ingredients such as fermented soybeans and bird’s eye chillies. 

The outlets feature the Robata section, inspired by Japan’s traditional fireside cooking method. It includes charcoal-grilled dishes such as Yakitori with caramelised green onions, Yakimono Broccoli and Spicy Paneer Kushiyaki with gochujang.
