CI [Concessions International] Grove Bay has opened its first PF Chang’s location at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) in the US.
CI Grove Bay is a joint venture of two airport concessionaire companies – Atlanta-based CI and Miami-based Grove Bay Concessions.
This marks the seventh domestic airport location for the PF Chang’s restaurant chain.
It opened its first airport restaurant in 2013 at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
PF Chang’s Global Brands senior director Rafik Farouk said: “CI Grove Bay will ensure PF Chang’s will deliver our best-in-class experiential dining for guests, whether they’re coming to, leaving from or passing through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.”
The JV partnered with design and architecture company Zebra Projects for the development.

By GlobalDataThe new outlet, situated in the N Concourse Mezzanine, spans 5,879ft².
It offers a menu featuring the restaurant chain’s signature dishes such as Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef and Chang’s Lettuce Wraps.
The restaurant also provides a selection of cocktails and an expanded beer list.
Besides aiming to reduce order-to-table times, the venue features a grab-and-go area with a self-service kiosk.
CI Grove Bay has hired 100 employees for the new location.

In November 2023, PF Chang’s announced the launch of a full-service bistro in Denver, Colorado.
