United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-certified organic juice bar chain Clean Juice plans to open ten stores in Central Texas up to 2027.

The brand’s growth strategy includes entering markets such as Austin, Waco, Bryan/College Station, Temple/Killeen and San Antonio.

Clean Juice offers prospective franchisees the chance to bring “health, wellness, and nutrition” to their communities through a proven business model.

The brand noted that Central Texas has some of the state’s top universities and a young, educated population keen on establishing their lives locally.

This demographic’s heightened awareness of health, wellness and fitness aligns with Clean Juice’s mission, making the expansion a fitting move for the brand and the communities it will serve.

With more than 70 locations across the US, Clean Juice’s national presence is growing.

The company anticipates opening two new stores before the end of 2024.

Looking ahead to 2025, an additional five to ten locations are projected to be in development.

In May 2024, Clean Juice was acquired by CJ Fresh Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dallas-based multi-brand company BRIX Holdings.

BRIX Holdings CEO Sherif Mityas said: “Texas is booming with opportunity across the state, with businesses continuing to grow and consumers that are increasingly aware of their spending habits and their everyday lifestyle.

“Clean Juice’s focus on providing USDA-certified organic juice and other nutritious offerings creates an opportunity for entrepreneurs to operate a unique business concept as the only recognised certified organic juice bar chain in the nation, and cater to individuals who desire more access to nutritious and delicious options.”
