Canadian restaurant chain Cluck Clucks has opened its first US location in Sugar Land, Texas, as part of its expansion across North America. 

The company operates in six locations within the Greater Toronto Area in Canada and plans three more openings before mid-2025.

Cluck Clucks has signed an area development agreement for Quebec, where 16 locations are in the pipeline. The brand plans to open its first Calgary outlet in the first half of 2025, marking its westward expansion in Canada.  

The Sugar Land location offers Cluck Clucks’ signature chicken and waffles menu to local diners and potential partners in the US, with a range of flavours to cater to diverse tastes.  

CEO and president Raza Hashim said: “We’re thrilled to bring Cluck Clucks to the US and share our passion for bold flavours and exceptional quality with new audiences.  

“The Sugar Land opening is just the beginning of our ambitious North American growth strategy.”
