British coffee chain Costa Coffee has expanded its presence in the UK with the opening of a new drive-through store at Winsford Gateway, Cheshire.
The outlet offers indoor and outdoor seating.
Along with beverages, the menu includes a selection of freshly baked pastries.
The store is operational from 5:30am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 9pm on Sundays, and its customers include commuters and local workers.
It employs ten local baristas.
Costa Coffee area manager Helen Bailey stated: “We’re thrilled to be opening our new drive-through Costa Coffee store in Winsford Gateway. It’s a fantastic location with a growing community, and we’re proud to be bringing both great coffee and new job opportunities to the area.

The opening follows the launch of a 24-hour drive-through Costa at Leicester Meridien East motorway service station – a move towards round-the-clock service offerings from the chain.
The extension of opening times aims to benefit those who work non-traditional hours, such as healthcare professionals, hospitality and retail workers, and delivery drivers.
In mid-April 2025, Costa reopened its refurbished store at London Heathrow Terminal 4 Arrivals.
This store, which operates 24 hours a day, features a modern interior, comfortable seating and new furniture.
