The Craft Union Pub Company, part of Stonegate Group, has opened the refurbished John Harvey Arms pub in Whitchurch, UK, following a six-figure investment.
The community-focused establishment has undergone a £230,000 transformation and now features a fresh and modernised interior.
The John Harvey Arms now has a contemporary design with new seating arrangements, a revamped bar area and complete interior redecoration.
The renovation is part of Craft Union’s plan to offer sports and entertainment amenities across its venues.
The pub has been fitted with new televisions featuring full Sky and TNT Sports packages, along with pool tables and dartboards.
Its operators said: “We used to run a pub up in Glastonbury where we are from, and it is a huge honour to move to Whitchurch and become the operators of the John Harvey Arms.

As part of the pub’s reopening, the team will also be hosting weekly events for guests.
Earlier this month, the Stonegate Group reopened the overhauled Yates, Romford pub under the new ownership of the Craft Union Pub Company.
The overhauled pub has been opened with fresh decor and an expanded product range. It offers its guests a wider selection of beverages, including Cruzcampo, John Smith’s and a range of real ales.
In addition to revamped decor and an expanded product range, the upgraded pub now also features a new pool table.
