US-based gourmet dessert chain Crumbl has announced the introduction of a new dessert, the Tres Leches Cake, to its gourmet menu.
The dessert is vanilla cake soaked in a tres leches sauce, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Distinguished from Crumbl’s existing Tres Leches cookie, the new cake is designed to provide an authentic experience with the sauce already infused.
The Tres Leches Cake is presented in a square tin, echoing the popular Cinnamon Squares previously released as a limited-time offering.
The cakes are packaged in Crumbl’s iconic pink box and will be available to customers from 20 February 2024 until 25 February 2024.
The introduction of the Tres Leches Cake and Cinnamon Squares marks Crumbl’s expansion into non-cookie desserts.
Crumbl was established in 2017 in Logan, Utah by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley.
The brand has expanded its presence and now operates more than 900 locations across all 50 states. It also expanded its overseas footprint to Canada and Puerto Rico.
The brand is known for its rotating menu, offering new flavours every week while regularly bringing back favourites and unique original recipes.
