US-based Mexican-inspired quick service restaurant chain Del Taco has expanded its Del’s Real Deal$ menu with the introduction of two new burritos.  

The additions are accompanied by the launch of Del’s Bundles, a meal combination tailored for individuals and small groups, and the return of Poppers drinks in novel flavours.

New offerings include the Bean, Rice and Cheese Burrito, featuring slow-cooked beans, cilantro [coriander] lime rice, house-grated cheddar cheese and red sauce in an oversized flour tortilla.  

The Chipotle Chicken Burrito is composed of grilled marinated chicken, slow-cooked beans, cilantro lime rice, chipotle sauce and sour cream, also wrapped in an oversized flour tortilla and grilled.

Del’s Bundles are available in three options. 

The BIG Bundle serves one to two people for $10 and includes a mix of the new burritos and other items such as a Snack Taco and Mini Cheddar Quesadilla.  

The BIGGER Bundle caters to two to three people for $15, offering a larger selection including two Chipotle Chicken Burritos.  

For larger groups of three to five people, the $20 MEGA Bundle includes an assortment of both new burritos and items such as Mini Cinnamon Churros. 

The Poppers beverages range contains Dragon Fruit Blueberry Poppers, Lemonade Poppers and Shake Poppers.  

Dragon Fruit Poppers feature Sprite with blueberry-flavoured popping boba pearls mixed with dragon fruit pieces over ice.

Lemonade Poppers combine the same ingredients with Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade.  

Shake Poppers blend boba pearls and dragon fruit into a vanilla shake. The beverages are available for a limited time only. 

In November 2024, Del Taco expanded its menu with the introduction of the new Chipotle Carne Asada Steak Burrito, an addition to its existing line-up of carne asada steak items in the US.
