Del Taco, in partnership with Trejo’s Tacos, has unveiled the Roasted Pork Al Pastor lineup, a limited-time offering featuring fire-roasted pork marinated in traditional spices.

The new offering, comprising fire-roasted pork with chipotle, onions, garlic, and sweet pineapple juice marinades, will be available at all Del Taco locations across the US.

This menu includes the Al Pastor Street Taco which pairs marinated pork with diced pineapple, onions, cilantro [coriander] and green sauce in a corn tortilla, available at two for $4.99.

Al Pastor Loaded Fries feature Del Taco’s Crinkle Cut Fries topped with marinated pork, pineapple, cheddar cheese, onions, green sauce, guacamole and cilantro.

The Al Pastor Epic Burrito is loaded with marinated, roasted pork, slow-cooked beans, cilantro lime rice, guacamole and pico de gallo in a flour tortilla.

Del Taco also announced plans to launch Double Pineapple Drinks, including Sprite, Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade and Mini Shakes, infused with pineapple flavouring and real diced pineapple pieces.

In July 2024, Del Taco debuted its Virginia restaurant at Chesapeake, aimed at broadening the restaurant chain’s presence on the US East Coast.
