Delight managing partner Andrew Krumholz said: “The Thompsons [owners of Primary Aim] have built an excellent reputation and business and we are excited to continue to build on their strong legacy and performance.”
With the latest acquisition, the group now owns and operates 226 restaurants, including Taco Bell, generating $500m in sales across eight states.
The company intends to continue its growth trajectory through further acquisitions and the development of new units.
