US-based restaurant chain Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has announced the re-launch of Brisket Chili Cheese Fries for a limited time.

Starting from 25 September 2023,  the Brisket Chili Cheese Fries will be available across Dickey’s restaurants in the country.

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants CEO Laura Rea Dickey said: “Brisket Chili cheese fries was one of our most popular limited time, side offerings ever. Guests loved our return to original, hand-cut fries.

“We’re pleased to bring back the winning combination of smoked brisket chili and cheese as a perfect topper to the hand-cut fries for a limited time.”

The limited-edition offering combines savoury, pit-smoked brisket chilli, melted cheese and hand-cut fries.

The restaurant brand noted that its offerings will serve as a side to any meal at Dickey’s, including classic sandwiches, meat plates and combo plates.

Customers can purchase the Brisket Chili Cheese Fries at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit or order ahead of time for curb-side carryout, in-store pickup, or even choose a home delivery option.

Last month, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit unveiled plans to open two new outlets in the greater Edmonton area.

As part of this expansion, the restaurant brand has signed a letter of intent with local businessman Nabeil Moussa.

The two new restaurants are planned in the Red Deer and Sherwood Park areas.
