US fast-casual restaurant chain DIG has introduced its spring 2025 menu, which features a range of herb-infused dishes.
The new menu will be available at all locations from 26 March.
Among the new offerings are the Romesco Chicken Plate and Romesco Steak Plate, both featuring romesco sauce made from roasted red peppers, pumpkin seeds, garlic and olive oil.
The spring menu also includes a Green Bean and Romesco Frisée Salad with Seared Wild Salmon and Avo Smash Sandwiches, with options to add either chicken or tofu.
Family dinner packages offered by DIG will include the Spring Chicken Family Dinner and the Steak and Veg Family Dinner.
DIG culinary director Matt Weingarten stated: “Our spring menu celebrates the bright, fresh ingredients of the season with herb-forward profiles and our signature romesco sauce that adds depth and character to every dish.
“Each offering is crafted from scratch daily in our kitchens, from our house-made sauces to our perfectly prepared proteins. Whether dining in or enjoying take-home dinners, busy customers can enjoy restaurant-quality meals without sacrificing their time or standards.”
The restaurant has made all tofu sandwiches vegan by partnering with an undisclosed vegan bun supplier and reformulating the DIG sauce to be plant-based.
The menu also brings back the Cheesy Cauliflower, a roasted dish with garlic, parmesan, lemon and chili flakes, topped with scallions. (spring onions). Other seasonal sides include Couscous with Spring Herbs, Garlic and Lemon, and Herb Rice with Cilantro [coriander], Parsley and Garlic.
The fast-food chain has revamped its mobile app and is offering a $5 discount on the first digital order made through it.
DIG chief marketing officer Jessica Serrano stated: “With our new spring entrées and sides, we’re inviting our customers to tap out of the daily grind of meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking, and instead DIG in for chef-prepared, seasonal dishes that save time without sacrificing quality.
“Our enhanced app makes it even easier to bring restaurant-quality meals into your daily routine, letting you reclaim your evenings while still enjoying nutritious, delicious food prepared with care.”
In July 2024, DIG announced the launch of a new limited-time summer 2024 barbecue-inspired menu in the US.
