
Domino’s Pizza, in collaboration with ITC Foods, has introduced Domino’s Essentials for the delivery of grocery essentials at customers’ doorstep in some cities in India.
Starting from yesterday, it began offering a comb pack of Aashirvaad Atta and spices, including coriander, turmeric and chilli powder through Domino’s app.
Initially, the restaurant chain has launched the service in Bengaluru and will soon start offering it in Mumbai, Kolkata, Noida, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Domino’s Pizza said: “This first-of-its-kind, unique partnership between a QSR and an FMCG company is aimed at serving the community at large by ensuring uninterrupted supply of essential items without them having to step outside the safety of their homes.”
Jubilant FoodWorks CEO Pratik Pota said: “In these difficult times, Jubilant FoodWorks is committed to helping the country in every possible way. We will use the Domino’s supply chain and delivery network to deliver essential goods such as Aashirvaad Atta, spices at people’s doorstep.”
