London pub chain Double Dutch has unveiled a new pop-up bar concept called speakeasy in Westfield Stratford City.
The pop-up bar location will stay open until February 2019. It offers a range of mocktails and cocktails from the company’s portfolio.
Double Dutch has partnered with bartenders Chris Dennis and Jo St Clair-Ford to create a bespoke menu featuring mocktails and cocktails for the new pop-up bar.
The drinks offered at the bar are infused with superfoods including turmeric and ginger, as well as botanical flavours such as lavender, coriander and earl grey.
Double Dutch is also reintroducing its Spices & Oakwood blend of cinnamon, cloves, star anise and nutmeg, balanced by sweet vanilla notes.
The main shop area of the location will be open to the public during the day. Dennis and Clair-Ford will help guests explore the different gin flavour profiles, as well as mix them with a Double Dutch mixer of their choice.
