US-based restaurant chain Early Bird Brunch is set to open a new branch in West Omaha, Nebraska, on 7 October 2024.

The establishment marks the seventh addition to the brand’s portfolio, which includes other locations across Nebraska and the upcoming three in Des Moines, Iowa.

In September 2023, a brunch concept called eggspectation announced plans for a new location in Columbia, Maryland in the summer of 2024.

eggspectation already operates two locations in Gambrills, Maryland, and Richmond, Virginia, both owned by 7 Star Hospitality.

The restaurant brand noted that its Columbia restaurant will feature a modern design and serve a mix of classic favourites and creative global flavours.
