Full-service US family-dining franchise East Coast Wings + Grill (ECW+G) is set to add four new dishes to its menu.

The new offerings are the Gochujang Burger, the Fiesta Burger, the ‘DILL’-icious Flatbread and the Fiesta Quesadilla. They will be available at all participating ECW+G locations from 27 August 2024.

The Gochujang Burger features two seasoned quarter-pound Angus beef patties basted with a sweet and spicy Korean sauce, topped with provolone cheese, pickled red onions, jalapeños and sesame gochujang aioli on a toasted bun.

The Fiesta Burger also includes two seasoned quarter-pound Angus beef patties, topped with warm Mexican street corn queso, fire-roasted corn, chili peppers, cheddar jack cheese, tortilla strips, jalapeños and chipotle aioli on a toasted bun.

The ‘DILL’-icious Flatbread is topped with dill pickle aioli, seasoned ground beef, chopped tomatoes, pickles, smoked bacon and mozzarella cheese, and finished with Thousand Island dressing.

The Fiesta Quesadilla is a grilled flour tortilla filled with fire-roasted corn, cheddar jack cheese, jalapeño, cilantro and spicy seasoned chicken, drizzled with chipotle aioli.
