EGGDROP, a South Korean egg sandwich brand by Golden Hind, has announced plans to open five stores in the Philippines.
This marks EGGDROP’s second international expansion following a ten-store agreement in Thailand, where the brand debuted in December 2023.
EGGDROP has concluded a multi-franchise agreement to offer Filipino consumers a new and healthy gastronomic experience.
It plans to open two stores in the country in the first half of 2024, with three more to follow in the second half of the year.
The brand’s entry into the Philippines is part of Golden Hind’s overseas expansion strategy.
The stores will be strategically placed in key locations to capture a broad customer base.

EGGDROP opened its first store in 2017 and has reached a total of 298 stores in South Korea by November 2023.
The company has received franchise inquiries from more than 30 countries globally, including the US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and India.
