American fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain El Pollo Loco has relaunched its Stuffed Quesadillas with two new seasonal flavours, alongside the permanent Chicken Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla.

The fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain has launched these items for a limited time.

The relaunch includes the Chicken Poblano Stuffed Quesadilla and Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla.

Chicken Poblano Stuffed Quesadilla is a blend of fire-grilled chicken, Jack Cheese, hand-sliced avocados, roasted poblano peppers, salsa fresca, and creamy cilantro (coriander) dressing, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

In addition, Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla offers tender beef, Jack Cheese, diced onions, hand-sliced avocados, chopped cilantro, and avocado salsa, also encased in a warm flour tortilla.

The permanent menu item, the Chicken Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla, combines the chain’s signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken with Jack Cheese, fresh avocados, salsa fresca, and a creamy cilantro dressing, neatly packaged in a warm flour tortilla.

Since its inception in 1980, El Pollo Loco has expanded to more than 495 company-owned and franchised restaurants across Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

In February this year, El Pollo Loco introduced Double Baja Shrimp Tostada and the Chicken and Shrimp Tostada.

Double Baja Shrimp Tostada featured double Baja Shrimp, avocado, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa fresca and cilantro dressing on a tostada shell.

The Chicken & Shrimp Tostada featured the restaurant brand’s signature fire-grilled chicken with the Baja Shrimp, finished with a selection of fresh toppings to create a balance of flavours and textures that cater to fans of both chicken and seafood.
