
US-based Emmy Squared Pizza has launched its new seasonal menu for spring 2025 with expanded lunch offerings and an upgraded cocktail programme.
The menu includes the return of Watermelon Burrata Salad and the Emmy Pizza, with new additions such as Metsiah Pizza, Mediterranean Ribeye Pizza and Le Bleu Burger.
Watermelon Burrata Salad features cubed watermelon with BelGioioso burrata, basil, mint, parsley pesto, pickled red onions, lime juice and Korean chili flakes.
The Emmy Pizza is topped with red onions, banana peppers and house-made green ranch, accompanied by a red sauce for dipping.
Metsiah Pizza features Ezzo pepperoni, Daily’s thick-cut bacon, Italian sausage and shaved ribeye.
Mediterranean Ribeye Pizza is made with shaved sirloin, sautéed spinach, Kalamata olives, confit garlic and caramelised onions.
The double-stacked Le Bleu Burger features a half-pound of Braveheart grass-fed Black Angus beef topped with crumbled blue cheese, caramelised onions, Daily’s thick-cut bacon and sautéed mushrooms, served on a toasted pretzel bun.
Emmy Squared Pizza head of marketing and senior vice-president Sergio Pérez stated: “Our new seasonal offerings and our new Brooklyn Bar elevate the entire dining experience.

Emmy Squared Pizza has also launched a re-imagined cocktail programme.
It offers H&H Margarita and the bourbon-based Espresso Yourself and Dos Fashioned made with Dos Hombres Mezcal.
Lunch service has expanded to 20 Emmy Squared Pizza locations, offering faster, more flexible dining options.
The Brooklyn Bite, Single Stack Sandwiches and Individual Portion Salads offer lighter portions of the restaurant’s signature dishes.
Happy Hour features specials such as $5 select beers, $7 house wines and $9 well drink specials.
