Greek restaurant chain estiatorio Milos has opened a location in Toronto, Canada – its second venture in the country and its 12th globally.

The Toronto branch, situated at 330 Bay Street, is the first among Milos restaurants to introduce a special bar menu and a family-style menu, offering a novel dining experience to its patrons.

The bar menu includes Mediterranean delicacies such as Grilled Portuguese Sardines, Loukaniko, Charcoal-grilled Sausages, Lamb Chops and a selection of sashimi, oysters, tartare and raw fish.

These dishes are complemented by traditional Greek sides such as Fava Santorini with Santorini lathyrus and Sepia [cuttlefish].

The family-style menu features dishes meant for sharing among four to six diners, including Slow Cooked Ontario Goat with Greek herbs, Whole Roasted Giannone Farm Organic Chicken, and Rabbit Stifado.

The Oven Roasted Bone-in Canadian Lamb, served with Easter salad and roasted Charlotte potatoes, demonstrates the restaurant’s commitment to using locally sourced ingredients.
