Extime Food & Beverage Paris, a collaboration between Groupe ADP and SSP, has announced a diverse selection of food and beverage brands for Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.

The lineup features Big Fernand, Côté Sushi, Eataly, EXKi, PAUL, Pret A Manger and Starbucks.

The new foodservice lineup at Paris’ two airports will feature a variety of dining options.

Eataly is set to manage five units, offering its signature Mediterranean cuisine, while Côté Sushi’s offering will be available at six locations. Big Fernand will be offering its Gourmet burgers at one location.

PAUL will operate 19 bakery outlets, alongside Brioche Dorée’s 13 sites.

EXKi will have 17 locations, providing fast casual dining experiences, and Pret A Manger will run seven outlets. Starbucks will have 16 coffee shops.

Extime Food & Beverage Paris managing director Eric Labrune said: “Our offer is evolving for our 84 units and will expand to 115 outlets in the future, two-thirds of which will be located airside.

“We will meet the expectations of travellers by bringing them an extensive range of offers from bakeries to coffee shops, world, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines, as well as burger and fast and casual restaurants.

“The portfolio incorporates strong brands, which will appeal to passengers across the terminals.”
