FAT Brands, the parent company of the Fatburger restaurant chain, is set to expand its presence in Tampa by opening a new location in Riverview, Florida.
Located at 9950 Upper Alafia Court, the new Fatburger Riverview restaurant will open on 24 June 2023.
The restaurant company noted that it is opening a new Fatburger location in the state after nearly 20 years.
Over the next five years, FAT Brands plans to open three more locations in the Tampa region. It also intends to open ten locations in Orlando in the next seven years.
FAT Brands Fast Casual Division COO Jake Berchtold said: “We are heavily invested in growing the Fatburger brand in Florida.
“Making our return to the state after two decades is incredibly rewarding, especially with a committed, experienced partner like Whole Factor, who will be opening 13 more units in Florida.
