Marble Slab Creamery, a small-batch ice cream franchise under FAT Brands, has announced the launch of its latest ice cream flavour – Summer Swirl.

The new offering combines equal parts of blue cotton candy [candy floss], yellow marshmallow and strawberry, and can be purchased in a cup or a cone.

The new addition will be available until 11 August 2024 at all participating Marble Slab Creamery locations.

Marble Slab Creamery Marketing senior director Katie Thoms said: “This flavour perfectly encapsulates summer and plays to what our youngest fans love — a swirly, colourful and tasty combination.”

In a separate announcement, FAT Brands has also revealed the opening of a new Round Table Pizza outlet at Stanford University.

Round Table Pizza president David Pear said: “We’re thrilled to bring our pizzas to the students and faculty of Stanford.
