The latest opening is part of the restaurant franchising company’s expansion efforts into new and existing markets globally. Buffalo’s Cafe is located inside The Curve Hotel near the Doha shoreline.
According to FAT Brands, the American-inspired casual dining concept Buffalo’s Cafe will continue to deliver the tradition of offering ‘fresh, never frozen wings’ for its customers in the Middle East region.
In addition, a variety of flavourful Southwestern-inspired entrees and appetisers such as the juicy Canyon Burger and the Garlic Parm Fries will be available for guests at the location.
Available in 18 homemade and signature sauces, Buffalo’s Cafe wings are served in the traditional bone-in and boneless style, with each wing coated with homemade sauces such as Asian Sesame, Honey Garlic, Death Valley and Carolina Fire BBQ.
FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn said: “Qatar is a fast-growing country with immense business potential for the Buffalo’s Cafe brand.
