Ferraro Foods has announced a partnership with Pepper to launch a mobile ordering app, aimed at expediting and simplifying the ordering process for its customer base.
The app, tailored to Ferraro’s product range and distribution network, is set to enhance the efficiency of order fulfilment.
It is customised for Ferraro Foods’ diverse product lineup and distribution across 26 states for more than 8,000 customers.
By executing orders instantly, the app is expected to expedite the fulfilment process with a better user experience.
In addition to customer benefits, Ferraro’s sales force is set to gain from mobile-first solutions that assist in managing customer orders from placement to fulfilment.
The app has undergone several months of beta testing and is officially available for customers.
