Restaurant tech firm Fleksa has partnered with Google Food Ordering to offer small and medium-sized restaurants digital advantages through Fleksa’s point of sale (POS) systems.
As a result of this integration, orders placed by customers through Google will directly funnel into Fleksa’s POS systems.
The technological collaboration will also enable restaurants to add reservation and ordering options to their profiles, thus converting casual browsers into loyal customers.
Fleksa CEO Bhagwati Bhushan Mishra said: “This partnership is more than just a collab; it’s a revolution. With Fleksa’s all-in-one solutions and Google’s immense reach, we’re democratising access to the cutting-edge digital world for restaurants.”
In a statement, Fleksa said: “Fleksa and Google Food Ordering are working hand in hand to introduce next-level technological innovations in the coming months.
“From AI-driven personalised recommendations to augmented reality menus, the alliance aims to elevate the customer experience to a realm previously considered the stuff of science fiction.
