Flex Catering has announced a strategic partnership with dlivrd to streamline the catering delivery experience for restaurants.
The collaboration will offer a better catering delivery experience to quick-service restaurants (QSRs), enterprise restaurants and catering operators in the US and Canada.
The integration of Flex Catering Software with dlivrd’s services marks a significant development for the catering sector.
The partnership leverages dlivrd’s AI-based delivery management system and its network of independent driver partners across more than 150 markets in the US and Canada.
Flex founder and CEO Renato Dayan stated: “This partnership has streamlined delivery processes and provided real-time visibility into delivery statuses, empowering our clients’ logistics and minimising the time spent on organising deliveries.”
Flex Catering’s merchants can now benefit from the ability to schedule order deliveries with a single click, as a result of the integration with dlivrd. This eliminates the need for manual entry, thus minimising the possibility of human error.
