Software technology company FranchiseSEE has joined forces with ParTech to enhance franchise management with integrated software solutions.

The collaboration will focus on delivering better visibility and operational insights for franchise systems through an integrated, user-friendly interface.

FranchiseSEE’s software provides restaurant franchise operators with a comprehensive view of their location’s performance, benchmarking them against the broader franchise system.

By leveraging metrics such as in-store point-of-sale (POS) data, store audits and online reputation indicators, FranchiseSEE generates an individualised “SEE” score for each location.

This score reflects the overall health of a franchise unit, offering insights into operational strengths and areas needing improvement.

With the integration of PAR Brink POS, franchisors will be able to import a diverse range of metrics, enhancing their view of the entire franchise system.

The partnership with PAR will aid franchisors in integrating a broad range of metrics from PAR Brink POS, a cloud-based point-of-sale software designed for restaurants.

PAR Brink POS supports the management of orders, payment processing and customer engagement tools, providing real-time data access and seamless updates.

For enterprises needing an extensive solution, PAR’s operations management solution, called PAR Data Central, offers broad reporting and analytics capabilities.

It combines data from multiple sources, giving operators a clear view of business performance, detecting trends and supporting data-driven decisions.

The solution helps restaurants, including non-franchise operations, to optimise menu margins, manage inventory and reduce labour costs through a cloud-based platform.
