Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, a fast-casual brand of full-service restaurant company Dine Brands Global, has made significant changes to its leadership team.
Patrick Kirk, formerly chief marketing officer (CMO), has been appointed as president in addition to retaining his marketing role.
Marshall Claycamp, previously with International House of Pancakes, a subsidiary of Dine Brands, steps into the role of chief operations officer (COO).
In his dual role, Patrick Kirk will continue to shape the Fuzzy’s Taco Shop experience and steer the brand towards future growth while managing all organisational aspects.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Kirk has played a role in developing leading beverage programmes and fostering key relationships within the foodservice sector.
Dine Brands CEO John Peyton stated: “Patrick is no stranger to the business. At our sister brand, Applebee’s, he disrupted the casual dining industry through beverage innovation, growing the beverage business into a $1bn enterprise. Since joining the Fuzzy’s team as CMO, he has made an immediate impact.”
