Texas-based quick-service restaurant chain Golden Chick has partnered with managed network and security services provider Acumera.
The collaboration aims to bolster the restaurant’s aim of providing a “seamless ordering experience” for guests, whether in-store, at the drive-through or online.
The partnership involves the adoption of the Acumera Secure Edge Platform, enhancing Golden Chick’s network infrastructure to support its growing technological needs.
Founded in 1967, Golden Chick has more than 230 locations in states such as Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi, with plans to expand further.
Its previous IT network infrastructure presented challenges in integrating new technologies, prompting the switch to Acumera’s solutions.
The implementation of the Acumera Secure Edge Platform is claimed to have offered several key benefits.
