US-based fast-casual and full-service restaurant Gyroville has deployed two new solutions from point-of-sale (POS) technology provider ParTech across its ten locations.
The two solutions include Cloud-based Brink POS software and EverServ 600 terminals.
The restaurant chain has made this move in order to support its expansion plans for the next three to five years. PAR’s value-added reseller Retail Data Systems supported the company in finding a suitable technology.
According to Gyroville, the previous POS solution failed to support its ‘build-your-own plate concept’ and experienced repeated back office crashes, resulting in slow down of everyday business.
ParTech chief strategy officer Paul Rubin said: “PAR is pleased to have Gyroville join the Brink and EverServ family. We look forward to helping Gyroville achieve their growth goals and continue to provide traditional and contemporary Greek specialties to their customers.”
The company will use Brink POS to store all information in the cloud enabling employees to input customer orders with no system failures.
The solution also allows the restaurant chain to track ordering trends by offering strong reporting features.
Gyroville Franchising CEO Lambros Kokkinelis said: “We are pleased to work with a company that offers strong customer service and adheres to timelines.
“Our partners at PAR aggressively search for solutions to any of our issues and the use of the ‘Corporate Lab’ set up within the system, has also made the process much easier. We look forward to growing our emerging franchise brand with PAR.”
Leveraging Brink POS, Gyroville now has more transparency into their business, and can access the data they need to offer enhanced food experiences to its customers.
Established in 2010, Gyroville currently operates ten locations in the US and one restaurant in Ecuador.
In July this year, ParTech integrated artificial intelligence (AI) platform Mobiry to its Cloud-based Brink POS software solution.
